Ready To Switch?

Step 1
Gather the following information:

  • Your current bank account numbers or most recent bank statement
  • A complete list of the automatic debits and credits associated with your current accounts.
  • These may include:

    • Payments from your employer or other source that are added to your account via Direct Deposit
    • Payments that you make through automatic checking account debits or your current online bill pay account. Typically, automatic payments are made to utilities, credit card companies, subscription services, internet service providers, charitable organizations and other companies that offer ongoing products and services.
    • A list of your current balances and payments on loans and lines of credit, including car loans, home equity lines of credit and personal loans.

Step 2
Call First Independent’s Client Help Line at 360.699.4293 (or toll-free 888.341.2265) for a referral or ask your Personal Banker for help with switching from your existing bank accounts to First Independent financial relationship.

Your Personal Banker will help you ensure that your balances are transferred, your funds are deposited correctly, and your bills are paid on time.
